Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring material availability and reliable supplier performance, directly supporting production stability and customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for raw material planning and inventory management
- Monitor and confirm supplier delivery schedules on a daily basis
- Provide feedback on raw material availability during customer order simulations and demand changes
- Act as the main interface with suppliers for planning alignment, performance improvement, and KPI achievement, especially On Time Delivery (OTD)
- Support logistics claims negotiation with suppliers
- Manage daily supply crises and closely monitor deliveries of critical materials
- Track, analyze, and follow up on supplier-related KPIs such as OTD and stock levels
Qualifications
What distinguishes you?
1. Education
- Degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
2. Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial operations, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or material planning
3. Know-how
- Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
- Experience negotiating in challenging situations
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
4. Languages
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
5. Working Style and Methods
- Structured, self-organized, and results-oriented
- Able to manage complexity and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environments
6. Personality
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Enjoys collaborating with international teams and internal customers
- Enthusiastic about logistics, supply chain, and problem-solving
