Founded in 2012, we develop, validate, and sell software as prescription medical treatments for people with unmet medical needs. Our products include Digital Therapeutics™ (PDTs), which are FDA-regulated prescription treatments delivered to smartphones. We also develop Click SE™ solutions, which combine software with medicine to offer more clinical benefits than drugs alone.

We integrate neuroscience with software, using scientific methods and patient-focused design. Our platform addresses various diseases with proven therapies and our own cognitive, behavioral, and neuromodulatory methods. We use data-driven tools like AI and machine learning.

We work in therapeutic areas such as psychiatry, neurology, oncology, cardiology, immunology, opioid use disorder, multiple sclerosis, atopic dermatitis, obesity, insomnia, and acute coronary syndrome. We partner with companies like Otsuka Pharmaceutical and Boehringer Ingelheim. For example, we developed an FDA-cleared prescription app with Otsuka to treat MDD symptoms. Our investigational PDT CT-132 for episodic migraine met its primary endpoint in the ReMMi-D pivotal trial. Biotech and pharma investors support us.

Our mission is to provide patients everywhere access to safe, effective, evidence-based, clinically validated, and FDA-regulated prescription digital therapeutics.
