Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Java + React)

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a client-facing environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have hands-on experience working in Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React Build and manage scalable microservices-based backend systems Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React Integrate frontend with backend services through RESTful APIs Work on event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka (if applicable) Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and testing Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications 8–10 years of hands-on experience in full stack development Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture Hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, state management, component-based architecture) Good understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) Exposure to Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, event streaming) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work in a client-facing role Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Exposure to NoSQL/SQL databases Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) Key Competencies Strong problem-solving skills Client handling and stakeholder management Ownership and accountability Team collaboration and adaptability.
