BIG PICTURE
We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong experience designing and implementing digital payment solutions, ideally with hands-on exposure to Bizum and/or SIBS platforms. You will define end-to-end architectures, guide integration strategies, ensure regulatory compliance (PSD2, PCI-DSS), and support development teams in delivering scalable, secure financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and validate high-level and low-level architectures for payment and digital banking solutions.
- Lead the integration of Bizum and/or SIBS services, including tokenization, instant payments, P2P transfers, and merchant APIs.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
- Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance frameworks, and best practices for financial transactions.
- Drive solution governance, documentation, and architectural roadmaps.
- Support development teams during implementation and troubleshoot complex integration scenarios.
- Evaluate new payment technologies, standards, and emerging capabilities from Bizum/SIBS.
Required Skills
- 6+ years in software architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience integrating Bizum or SIBS payment services.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, PSD2, and SCA flows.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized microservices (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with secure communication (TLS, mTLS), encryption, and PCI-DSS principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
