As we scale toward becoming a banking-grade institution and grow from 1,200 to several thousand employees, you will engineer the automation backbone that powers our people operations.

This role exists to turn complexity into elegant, scalable systems that enable hiring at speed, strengthen compliance, and elevate the employee experience.

Right now, growth and regulation are converging, and manual HR processes will not get us where we are going. You will design and build the automation layer that allows Capital.com to scale responsibly, efficiently, and intelligently as we enter our next chapter.

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable HR automation solutions for employees and People teams, reducing manual effort while improving accuracy and response times.
  • Build intuitive self-service experiences (e.g., Slack-based workflows, AI-driven HR queries), enabling employees to access support instantly and seamlessly.
  • Architect end-to-end workflows across hiring, onboarding, compliance, and lifecycle management, ensuring readiness for a regulated banking environment.
  • Integrate HiBob, Lever, Jira, Tableau, and AI tools into a unified ecosystem, creating a connected and insight-driven HR tech stack.
  • Ensure regulatory alignment within automated processes, embedding controls and auditability as we expand into new jurisdictions.
  • Optimize HR operations through data and automation, enabling the team to manage large-scale growth without sacrificing quality or governance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Compliance, and Data teams to deliver secure, future-ready solutions.

Requirement

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in no-code/low-code platforms and experienced in HRIS tools (especially HiBob). Comfortable with AI integrations (ChatGPT, Gemini) and data visualization tools like Tableau. Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Strategic and Scalable Thinking: Ability to design systems that are not just functional now but also scalable for a larger, regulated workforce. Understand the future requirements of a banking environment and build with compliance in mind.
  • HR Process Insight: Deep understanding of HR workflows and the ability to translate HR team needs into automated solutions. You should be able to create workflows that help HR handle hiring, onboarding, and compliance efficiently as we grow
