Role overview

We are looking for a strategic, programmatic-minded Senior Recruiter to architect and drive two of our talent engines: our Early Career Program (ECP) and our Global Offshore program. You aren’t just filling seats; you are building and maintaining partnerships with Universities and the international infrastructure that helps support the future of our workforce.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Recruiter, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will manage many moving parts—from university partnerships to complex offshore hiring across various time zones and partners. This is a high-visibility role that requires a “programmatic” approach to ensure consistency, quality, and velocity are met while supporting peaks in volume.

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment for our interns and co-ops.
  • Develop vetting frameworks that look beyond resumes to identify high-potential, bar-raising talent with the learning agility to grow into future leaders.
  • Move beyond standard career fairs. Build deep, long-term strategic partnerships/relationships with target Universities and student organizations
  • Programmatic oversight and management of the “moving parts” of the candidate journey, ensuring a premium experience for students from the first touchpoint to their full-time conversion.
  • Scale Global Footprint: Partner with engineering and product leadership to support our offshore presence across LATAM, India, and Europe.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Act as the primary TA contact for our offshore partners, ensuring alignment on quality and flow.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of international talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and geopolitical factors
  • Leveling Calibration: Act as a Talent Advisor to break “resume paralysis.” Lead live calibration sessions with hiring managers to align on leveling before a search begins.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools to find “passive” high-potential talent that traditional university or offshore methods might overlook.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Use metrics to track the health of your pipelines and identify bottlenecks.

What you’ll bring

  • Programmatic & Organized: You thrive when managing multiple workstreams. You see recruitment as a series of connected programs, not just individual job openings.
  • Dynamic Communicator: You can pivot effortlessly from pitching to an undergraduate student on their first internship to discussing offshore scaling strategy with the VP of Engineering.
  • Strategic Scrutiny: You have a high bar for talent. You know how to identify qualified talent and have the backbone to push back on hiring managers when leveling or expectations are misaligned.
  • Detail-Obsessed: With offshore contracts and university recruitment timelines, you understand that the “little things” matter. You never let a candidate or a deadline slip through the cracks.
  • Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a blend of University/Early Career and international/offshore hiring.
  • Program Background: Demonstrated experience managing a “program” (e.g., an internship program, a diversity initiative, or a global expansion project).
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency with modern ATS (Greenhouse preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter AI, and data visualization tools.
  • We are looking for someone who is hungry to build, iterate, and scale.

The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles.

Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package. In addition to benefits, this role may qualify for discretionary bonuses/incentives and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Position Pay Range

$97,000—$122,000 USD
