Founded in 2019, we are an Integrated Development and Manufacturing Organization (IDMO) specializing in cell therapy manufacturing. We use an Industry 4.0 approach for cell therapy manufacturing to accelerate access to these life-saving treatments. We develop and operate integrated technologies for the entire manufacturing process. Our key technologies include the Cell Shuttle, a modular cGMP platform for industrial-scale cell therapy manufacturing with end-to-end automation. The Cell Shuttle integrates all necessary technologies for a high-throughput, automated solution. Complementing the Cell Shuttle are a Consumable Cartridge for closed, automated single-use processing, the Cell Q automated high-throughput QC platform, and a flexible, integrated software suite for manufacturing. We partner with academics, biotechs, and pharmaceutical companies, offering Preclinical, Clinical & Commercial Services, Technology Development, and Manufacturing Services. Our IDMO model aims to increase productivity by 10 times, reduce the price per batch by up to 50% compared to conventional CDMOs, and achieve 75% lower process failure rates. Our platform supports most cell therapy modalities. We are headquartered in South San Francisco, California, where we operate a 57,000 sq ft Smart Factory for Preclinical & Clinical Services and Technology Development. Our commercial-scale IDMO Smart Factory in Bridgewater, New Jersey, spans 118,000 sq ft and offers Preclinical, Clinical & Commercial Services. We plan additional Smart Factories in Europe and Asia. We have secured over $355 million in financing from investors.
