Our platform digitizes manual order entry, offers 24⁄7 online ordering, and provides sales tools for food and beverage wholesalers. Our products include OrderAgent, an AI system that captures orders from various sources (voicemail, email, text, handwritten notes) and integrates them into ERP systems. We also offer eCommerce solutions for AI-powered storefronts that provide personal recommendations. For sales teams, we provide a Sales Hub for managing customer interactions and a Customer Hub for foodservice CRM. The platform also includes payment solutions and an ad network for running campaigns.
We serve food distributors, restaurants, and suppliers in six countries across Europe and North America, connecting over 10,000 suppliers to 15,000 restaurants. Our platform helps us reach 30,000 distributors, process over 1 million monthly orders with 24⁄7 AI processing, and results in 20% larger average order sizes. We know that 40% of all food produced globally goes to waste, accounting for 10% of global greenhouse gas emissions, with 70% of this waste occurring in the supply chain.
