Christian Care Ministry

We are a non-profit organization founded in 1993. We administer Medi-Share, a healthcare sharing program where Christians share each other’s medical bills.

Our work includes project management for billing and medical claims, marketing Medi-Share, providing customer service to members and medical providers, and evaluating medical bills for eligibility. We also support members through maternity specialists and manage an appeals department.

We use technology platforms like Salesforce to operate and continuously improve our systems.

We operate based on our Christian beliefs and mission. We uphold Christ-centered service standards and are a faith-centered healthcare sharing organization.

Christian Care Ministry employs over 600 people. The company has offices in Melbourne, FL, and Orlando, FL. Some roles offer remote work throughout the United States in eligible states. Many positions require coming into the Florida offices four times a week.
