As a Senior Recruiter at Cielo, you will be a core contributor on one of our flagship global client accounts, operating in a high‑impact, partnership‑driven environment where talent quality and delivery excellence truly matter. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, acting as a confident brand ambassador and trusted advisor to senior hiring leaders.

In this role, you will drive exceptional talent outcomes, combining proactive market engagement with clear, decisive, and timely communication throughout every search. Leveraging your expertise as a talent acquisition subject matter expert, you will deliver consultative leadership, real‑time market intelligence, and industry insight, shaping hiring decisions and reinforcing Cielo’s position as a strategic talent partner — not just a service provider.

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid work arrangement, with 3-4 days per week at the client’s location (Jurong)
  • Work Schedule: APAC business hours

Role Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, with preference for exposure to the medical technology or adjacent industries
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proven experience supporting commercial hiring activities

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates, while building talent pipelines.
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
  • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
  • Experience supporting recruitment within the medical technology sector or similar regulated environments.
