We are Harrier Talent Solutions, an Australian-owned total talent business founded in 2007, operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We have 51-200 employees.

We help Australian organizations develop their workforce strategies by designing and implementing talent programs. We offer tailored ‘whole-of-talent’ solutions, combining global expertise with local knowledge for the Australian market.

Our services include Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) for long-term needs, Talent Acquisition as a Service (TAaaS) for short to medium-term projects, Managed Service Programs (MSP), Talent Consulting, and HR and TA Technology Advisory. We also run targeted hiring campaigns and provide strategic workforce analytics, EVP, and employer branding.

We partner with Australian organizations, including government agencies and ASX-listed corporations. Our proprietary Talent Evolution Framework helps us assess talent across six dimensions. This allows us to provide clear plans for improvement in areas like workforce planning, employer branding, recruitment operations, and contingent workforce management.
