Civica is on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Finance Systems Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of managing our ERP and FP&A systems.
Your responsibilities will encompass regular monthly system administration alongside supporting a variety of change requests, including tweaks to General Ledger codes, dimension values, permissions management, and much more.
Moreover, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our systems maintain consistency and alignment.
At Civica, we operate in a global environment, which may require you to work outside of standard business hours.

What you will need to be successful in this role
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven expertise in management accounting practices.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and expertise in advanced Excel for the effective management and analysis of extensive data sets.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a diligent self-review process to ensure that we consistently deliver top-notch results.
- A collaborative team player who fosters a robust network of both finance and non-finance colleagues on a global scale.
- Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, IT, or related field.
Nice to have:
- Proven proficiency in SQL and VBA for carrying out finance-oriented projects.
- Background in a dynamic Software, Tech, or Services environment.
