Founded in 2000, we develop software for physical security workforce management. Our cloud platform helps guarding companies and corporate enterprises in over 50 countries. We serve more than 4,600 customers, manage over 200,000 security sites, and support more than 560,000 active users. Our platform supports over 55 languages and offers local data residency in the US, Canada, and Europe. We are SOC2, NIST, GDPR, and ISO compliant.

Our offerings include Security Management Software, Officer Management Software, Workforce Management Software, Mobile Applications, Lone Worker Protection, Guard Tour Software, Guard Time & Attendance, and Incident Management. Our GuardTek and TrackTik platforms use AI for features like smart incident reporting and automated compliance tracking.

Our solutions cover:

• Security Operations: tools for managing guard tour checkpoints, mobile patrol and dispatch, incident reporting, and site tasks.
• Business Administration: systems for time management and scheduling, payroll preparation, lone worker protection, break management, service contracts, and automated invoicing.
• People Management: an integrated approach to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, taxes, and benefits.
• Data Services & Analytics: customizable reporting, data-replication tools, and APIs for integrating with other business systems like ERP, CRM, Case Management, Biometric Technology, Drones, and Robotics.

We expanded our capabilities by acquiring Silvertrac and TrackTik. Our AWS-powered cloud platform provides 99.9% uptime.
