What the role is about
Are you analytical, data-driven and excited about digital marketing? As our Junior Performance Marketeer you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our paid search activities across all our international markets. You will determine the best channels and campaigns to drive sales through paid search. Your goal is to take our paid search performance to the next level! You will be part of the B2C team, consisting of 14 members and report directly to the COO.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for paid search channels, such as Google Ads, Youtube, Bing and Adroll;
Plan and forecast campaign performance;
Launch, monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize results;
Analyze and report on performance data and translate insight into improvements;
Manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as Google and Bing to share insights on performance, trends and opportunities;
Use data to optimize large budgets and bids and to expand, evolve, and optimize search marketing portfolio;
Setup and manage A/B test across all international markets;
Identify and test new opportunities for efficient campaign possibilities.
A degree in Marketing, business or another relevant field;
You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role;
Experience with Google Data Studio and Spreadsheets is a plus;
Google Ads certification is preferred;
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English;
Analytical and time management skills;
You are flexible, take ownership and have a commercial mindset;
Available for a minimum of 4 days a week.
