Job Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team in Brazil, at a Mid-level or Senior level, with strong experience building modern software systems using .NET and Next.js.
You will work across backend and frontend development, contributing to system architecture, engineering practices, and the continuous improvement of software delivery. We are particularly interested in engineers who are already applying AI-assisted software engineering techniques in their day-to-day development workflows, with practical experience using Specification-Driven Development (SDD) and AI coding tools.
The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on development skills with architectural thinking, autonomy, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using .NET.
- Build modern, maintainable frontend applications using Next.js.
- Contribute to software architecture decisions, technical design, and evolution of existing systems.
- Work comfortably within CI/CD pipelines, ALM processes, and corporate engineering practices.
- Apply AI-assisted software engineering techniques to improve development, refactoring, debugging, testing, and overall developer productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong communication and technical autonomy.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development.
- Solid understanding of software and systems architecture.
- Experience working in Agile and fast-paced engineering environments.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining clear communication and alignment with the team.
Nice to Have
Practical experience applying AI to software development, particularly SDD and AI-assisted engineering techniques.
Experience working with AWS and cloud-based architectures.
Previous experience working in large-scale corporate environments. Location and Working Model
Based in São Paulo or within a reasonable commuting distance.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model.
