Responsibilities:
Accounting operations
Processing purchase invoices and expense documents (incl. receipts)
Ensuring accurate and timely data entry in the accounting system
Maintaining proper documentation and supporting files
Supporting VAT (KMD) preparation and reconciliations
Assisting with monthly closings
Bank reconciliations and period closure
Performing bank reconciliations
Investigating and resolving discrepancies
Matching transactions across different systems
Identifying inconsistencies and raising issues proactively
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
Payroll & TSD support
Supporting payroll postings in the accounting system
Assisting with employee-related entries and reconciliations
Preparing data for TSD reporting
Reporting & Excel
Preparing internal reports using Excel
Working with large datasets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
Supporting and assist in monthly and quarterly reporting processes
Working with internal tools (Jira, accounting systems, etc.)
Requirements:
Experience in accounting (Estonia)
Good understanding of VAT (KMD)
Basic knowledge of TSD and payroll processes
Languges: English (working proficiency), Estonian (for communication with government institutions), Russian
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Ability to work with large volumes of data
High attention to detail and accuracy
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Merit Aktiva or 1C
Experience in fintech / crypto
