We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher who is self-sufficient, outcome-driven, and comfortable owning research end-to-end without micromanagement. This role goes beyond executing studies — you will actively shape research practices, influence product decisions, and help build a strong research culture across the department.
You will work on complex B2B products, where access to users is not always easy. You should be someone who embraces constraints, sees them as part of the challenge, and finds pragmatic ways to generate meaningful insights — because connecting with users, even when difficult, is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full research cycle: from defining research problems and choosing methods to synthesis, storytelling, and driving action
- Proactively navigate research constraints (limited access, regulatory boundaries, technical complexity) and still deliver impact
- Act as a strategic research partner for product and design teams, influencing product direction, not just validating solutions
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with Product, Design, and other stakeholders
- Translate complex qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, actionable insights
- Actively contribute to and promote a research-driven culture, helping teams understand when and how to use research
- Work confidently with ambiguity and complexity, be ready to learn about crypto and more
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior UX Researcher (or equivalent), with clear ownership of research outcomes
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and without micromanagement
- Experience conducting research in environments where user access is limited or hard to obtain
- Strong collaboration skills and a true team-player mindset
- Hands-on experience researching complex B2B products, platforms, or back-office systems
- Solid understanding of product development processes and how research drives decision-making
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
- Comfort operating in complex, fast-moving, or regulated environments
- Fintech or crypto experience is a strong plus
Nice to have:
- Experience building or evolving research operations
- Experience mentoring other researchers or upskilling cross-functional partners
- Background in highly regulated industries or enterprise platforms
