We founded Collective Health in 2013 to build a health benefits platform. We offer an integrated solution for self-funded employers that brings together medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and program partners. Our platform helps employees and their families understand, navigate, and pay for healthcare, and assists employers in managing costs and administering plans.

We function as a tech-enabled Third Party Administrator (TPA), connecting backend components and offering a front-end member experience. Our services include digital tools and human support for navigation, advocacy, and proactive care suggestions, all integrated into a single benefits platform. We also offer a Benefits Hub that integrates all benefits and ancillary partners, supported by our network partnerships and the Partner Collective® tool.

As of 2024, we have processed over $25 billion in medical claims with 99.91% accuracy, serving over 800,000 members across 50 states. Employers using our solution can save up to $960 per employee per year. Our client satisfaction score is 90%, and members report a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70. We work with members, employers, brokers, and partners.

We offer hybrid work arrangements, with some roles requiring at least two days per week in our Lehi, UT, Plano, TX, or San Francisco, CA offices. Remote work options are available for eligible states.
