About Collective Health

We founded Collective Health in 2013 to build a health benefits platform. We offer an integrated solution for self-funded employers that brings together medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and program partners. We function as a tech-enabled Third Party Administrator (TPA), connecting backend components and offering a front-end member experience. We also offer a Benefits Hub that integrates all benefits and ancillary partners, supported by our network partnerships and the Partner Collective® tool.
