We provide an AI-powered user assistance platform. Our goal is to make products easier to use, helping companies activate and keep their users.

Our platform offers in-app help, natural language search, and personalized nudges. Key features include:

• Personalized Nudges: These guide users with specific prompts, often triggered by their behavior (like repeated clicks).
• Copilot: An embedded AI assistant that trains users through walkthroughs.
• Other tools like Product Tours, Surveys (for in-app feedback), Checklists (for onboarding), In-App Help (for documentation), Spotlight (for content search), Helphub, and Announcements.

Our philosophy is simple: don’t annoy users. We focus on the long game, listening before speaking, and always offering users options. We stand out by nudging users based on their actions, not strict rules. We also provide self-service options and track user annoyance to manage how often we send nudges. Our AI-powered features, like Autopilot, figure out the best time for nudges. The platform is a no-code solution, configurable through a dashboard and a Chrome extension. Product, marketing, and customer teams use our tools. Our clients include Sisense, Gusto, HashiCorp, Freshworks, and Superhuman.

We keep our team intentionally small. This helps us maintain a culture of high autonomy and high standards for everyone. Our work environment focuses on building software that delights users and collaborating with other software companies to improve user experience.

We cultivate a collaborative atmosphere emphasizing openness, kindness, and direct communication. Team members can choose to work remotely or from our San Francisco office, where we have snacks. We organize 1-2 hack weeks each quarter and encourage all team members to participate. We also host annual team retreats, one in San Francisco and one in a different location.

We provide a new laptop and a stipend for home office equipment like a monitor, keyboard, and desk chair. Employees also get a learning and development stipend, plus an annual stipend for services or purchases that simplify their lives.

Our healthcare package for employees and their dependents includes vision and dental. We offer competitive salaries and equity, along with 401k matching for US employees (100% up to 3% of salary contributed, then 50% up to 5%). We offer flexible paid vacation with a minimum of three weeks annually, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
