About the role
Join Contentsquare’s RTR team in Wroclaw and play a key role in keeping our books accurate, our closes smooth, and our reporting reliable across multiple entities. Reporting to the RTR Manager, you’ll own core General Accounting activities and partner with teams across the business to ensure everything is recorded correctly and in line with IFRS.
What you’ll do
- Be at the heart of our day-to-day accounting operations, posting journal entries, preparing reconciliations, and making sure the General Ledger stays clean and well-supported.
- Help drive monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes—bringing structure, rigor, and a strong sense of ownership to timelines and deliverables.
- Manage important balance sheet areas such as prepaid expenses, accruals, and fixed assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and audit-ready documentation.
- Contribute to internal and external reporting, digging into movements, explaining variances, and helping stakeholders trust the numbers.
- Collaborate closely with partners in FP&A, Legal, HR, and Procurement to ensure transactions are properly understood, recorded, and reflected in our financials.
- Continuously look for smarter ways to work—improving processes, strengthening controls, and supporting ERP enhancements that make the team faster and more scalable.
- Help document accounting policies and internal control frameworks, ensuring our practices are clear, consistent, and built for growth.
What you’ll bring
- You have a degree in Accounting (or a closely related field) and at least 5 years of experience in General Accounting / RTR.
- You’re comfortable in an international environment and you’re fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Combine strong technical accounting skills (IFRS exposure is a plus) with a sharp analytical mindset—you don’t just post numbers, you make sure they make sense.
You’re proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with the autonomy to own your scope end-to-end while still being a great team player.
You communicate clearly and confidently, and you can juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment—especially during close—without compromising quality.
Nice to have
- Experience in Tech and/or SaaS.
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus).
- Experience with Workday Financials (or another modern ERP).
