What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to the CFO’s Office to act as a strategic partner and force-multiplier for our Finance organization. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to the CFO, taking ownership of complex workstreams and delivering critical initiatives across CoreWeave. You will help maximize the effectiveness of the finance leadership team and drive alignment and execution of key financial and strategic objectives within the team and across the broader CoreWeave organization.

About the role:

Acting as a trusted partner, you will own priorities such as the rhythm of the business, technology implementations, executive communications, change management, and more.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a strategic partner to the CFO, taking an action-oriented approach to develop and structure problem statements, analyze and optimize processes, provide actionable recommendations, and manage execution.
  • Driving end-to-end project management for a portfolio of the CFO’s highest-priority projects, which may include technology transformation, compliance requirements, and more.
  • Preparing clear and concise communications for a variety of audiences, including the executive team, the Board of Directors, investors, and all-company forums.
  • Helping to manage the rhythm of the business and operational cadence of the finance organization, including leadership meetings, goal-setting, and performance tracking, to build scalable processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting implementation of technology platforms to empower our Finance organization, from AI capabilities to core tools.
  • Act as a proxy for the CFO, building trust and influence across all levels of the organization to foster collaboration and accountability.

Who You Are:

  • 7-10 years of experience. A background in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or consulting followed by in-house, operational experience in Strategy, Finance, Corporate Development, Business Operations (BizOps), or a strategic Chief of Staff role is ideal.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Broad background and literacy across financial roles, including experience with financial models, proficiency with accounting principles, and FP&A business processes
  • Demonstrated ability to seamlessly shift between rolling up your sleeves to solve tactical problems and partnering with C-level executives on high-level strategic planning.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence across all levels of an organization, fostering collaboration and accountability without direct ownership.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
  • A strong understanding of cloud services, software businesses, digital infrastructure, or data centers is preferred.

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren’t a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.

  • You are ready for an operator role– driving from ideas through execution
  • You are able to tackle ambiguous problems and drive strategic alignment across the Finance organization and our partners
  • You are prepared to be flexible and nimble in a rapidly scaling business
