CourtAvenue is a full-service digital agency building exceptional experiences for enterprise clients across web, app, and omnichannel platforms. We’re growing our Experience Strategy practice and we’re looking for talent across all levels of the discipline.

Levels we hire for
We hire across the full XS spectrum. Use the descriptions below to identify where you see yourself — you’ll select your level when you apply.
Sr. Experience Strategist (Most actively hiring)
Experience: 5+ years in an agency or consultancy environment
Contribution type: Individual contributor — research-led, collaborative, craft-focused
Focus: User research methodologies (contextual inquiry, usability studies), synthesizing insights, translating strategy into experience architecture — sitemaps, wireframes, and roadmaps.
Associate Director, XS
Experience: 8+ years in digital experience design, including 3+ years leading projects in enterprise environments
Contribution type: Hybrid IC and team oversight — owns deliverables and delegates to team members
Focus: Manages UX designers on projects, mentors Experience team talent, oversees resourcing and timelines. May lead work directly or provide oversight depending on engagement.
Director, XS
Experience: 10+ years in digital experience design
Contribution type: People leader — directs, supports, and mentors XS team members
Focus: Drives CX and UX strategy through client engagements. Advances and maintains client relationships, identifies new opportunities, aligns agency offerings, and develops strategic presentations.
Group Director, XS
Experience: 12+ years in digital experience design
Contribution type: Senior people leader — same team leadership scope as Director
Focus: Primary focus on growing CourtAvenue relationships and business. Becomes a trusted advisor to clients and uniquely identifies opportunities for added value or additional scopes of work.
Where we’re hiring
- Full-time roles are available in Los Angeles, San Diego, Cincinnati, and Dallas.
- Contract opportunities are available on a remote basis.
