About KCare

We started in 1995, developing software for human services. We offer clinician-centric EHR software for billing, documentation, and managing behavioral health, school-based mental health, and integrated care services. We also have EHR software for residential behavioral health, housing, and I/DD services, including a version for California outpatient and school-based mental health.

Our products include extendedReach, software for foster care professionals; client communication software that automates outreach and document collection; case management software for food banks, food pantries, and other nonprofits; and a care coordination platform for Health Homes and Social Care Networks.

We build these solutions to make work easier for people and agencies in areas like foster care, child welfare, residential treatment, behavioral health/IDD, community-based services, and shelter services. We serve clients across the U.S. and Canada, including those in outpatient and residential behavioral health, vocational rehab, workforce development, and community food banks.
