Job Title: 2D/3D Technical Drafter
Job-Type: Permanent, Full Time
Reports To: Head of Project Operations and Design
Location: Remote
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and/or construction drawings in accordance to project requirements
- Review, clarify and amend the drawings/plan provided by landlords/ contractors/ consultants
- Ensure that the drawings required are completed on-time
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in the drafting process
- Responsible to match drawing and measurement to actual installation at project site
- Provision of accurate cut list for purchase of materials and to inspect purchases material delivered to project site
- Responsible for timely submission of weekly progress report
- To work with other teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management
What makes you a great fit:
- Must be well-versed in the knowledge and use of CAD software like Autocad, Revit and Sketchup for large well-known hospitality projects.
- Must have expertise in the usage of Enscape for Sketchup and post-processing for hyper-realistic renders.
- Must have expertise in parametric 3D modeling with Revit or Rhino.
- Must have knowledge of Generative Design and AI for Revit or Rhino.
- Must be well-versed in the knowledge and use of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge in using Finch for Revit will be an advantage.
- Professional Cert/ Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Interior Design or any other related field.
- Preferably to have 2-3 years in drafting experience with strong analytical skills
- Ability to speak and write English (for coordinating w/ regional teams)
- Able to work independently with responsibility to meet tight deadlines.
- Meticulous with high attention to details.
- Results-driven with a can-do attitude.
- Disciplined with good housekeeping habits.
