Job Title: Sr. Performance Marketing Manager
Job-Type: Full-time
Reports To: Regional VP of Online Marketing
Location: Remote (Indonesia)
What youโll be doing:
- Lead regional paid performance strategy across SEM, paid social (Meta, TikTok), display, video, and app marketing (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns)
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across web and app platforms, implementing A/B testing and optimization
- Monitor performance metrics (CAC, conversions) using GA4, and attribution platforms
- Manage and allocate budgets across countries and channels to achieve optimal ROI
- Build best-in-class reporting dashboards and deliver regular insights to management
- Collaborate with product, country teams, and wider marketing to maximize channel effectiveness
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of performance marketers
- Source and test new channels to expand digital reach
Deliverables
- Drive regional user acquisition targets across web and app at optimal efficiency (CAC, CPL)
- Scale performance marketing across multiple countries while improving conversion rates
- Build testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance
- Manage monthly performance marketing budgets and achieve growth target
What makes you a great fit:
Essential
- 5-7 years in performance marketing, with 2-3 years managing both web and app campaigns
- Proven track record managing budgets across multiple markets
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale - you’ve taken something from early stage to mature performance
- Expert proficiency: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns
- Strong analytics experience: GA4, mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular)
- Success stories of both “figuring things out” and optimizing at scale
Preferred
- Performance marketing experience in agency or high-growth startup
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, proptech, or similar high-growth digital businesses
- Data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Understanding of ASO, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution
