About The Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The HR Intern will support a wide range of HR activities and projects, including document management, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee engagement events, and general HR administration.
What You Will Do
- Assist with maintaining, organizing and preparing HR-related documents
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documents, collecting fingerprints, and conducting office tours
- Support employee engagement initiatives and office events
- Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and interview scheduling when required
- Provide general HR and administrative support, such as scanning, filing, pantry arrangements, and vendor coordination
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement activities as assigned
- Undertake other duties as assigned
What We Need
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Keen attention to detail
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
