About The Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The HR Intern will support a wide range of HR activities and projects, including document management, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee engagement events, and general HR administration.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with maintaining, organizing and preparing HR-related documents
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documents, collecting fingerprints, and conducting office tours
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and office events
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and interview scheduling when required
  • Provide general HR and administrative support, such as scanning, filing, pantry arrangements, and vendor coordination
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvement activities as assigned
  • Undertake other duties as assigned

What We Need

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
