Our services include:

• Team Extension: We provide and manage experts skilled in modern technologies, working under a time and materials agreement.
• Dedicated Teams: Our analysts and managers oversee all project aspects, from planning to expert execution. We have a network of experts in Poland.

Our “Build your Team” process has four steps:

1. We receive your resource request.
2. We find a match from our network.
3. We arrange video calls for you to meet candidates.
4. We sign a simple agreement.

After initiation, we onboard personnel to integrate them with your project’s context, standards, tools, and communication channels. We provide transparent hourly reports and our engagement managers conduct regular check-ins. You can also adjust team size monthly with our flexible resource scaling.

We work on projects using technologies like JavaScript, SAP (MM/P2P, S/4HANA, OpenText VIM), Power BI, Databricks, Figma, PySpark, AI/ML, .NET 10.0, C#, Blazor, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP, Python, React, AWS, Snowflake, Iceberg, Unity Catalog, and Delta Lake. We support clients in aviation, oil and gas, fintech, and the legal industry, primarily serving the US and German markets.

We focus on sustainability when building teams. We believe in an Agile approach and value trust and transparency in our client relationships.

We are a company of 11-50 employees. Piotr Warmuz is our General Manager, overseeing teams, project engagements, day-to-day operations, and new projects. Joanna Patrzyk, our CTO, researches, analyzes, and consults on technical project aspects. Our work environment is remote-first. Some roles offer hybrid arrangements or require occasional business travel to locations like Kraków, Würzburg, or Warsaw.
