Crusoe

Founded in 2018, we build and operate an AI cloud platform focused on next-generation infrastructure and cloud compute. Our energy-first approach guides how we develop, train, and deploy AI models.

We offer Crusoe Cloud, which includes Managed Inference services using our MemoryAlloy technology. This delivers ultra-low latency and scalable throughput, optimizing leading open-source and specialized models from developers like Llama, Gemma, Gpt-oss, Qwen, DeepSeek, and Decart. Our Crusoe Intelligence Foundry lets users select models and generate API keys.

As an Infrastructure as a Service provider, Crusoe Cloud delivers high-performance NVIDIA (GB200 NVL72, HGX B200, BlueField-4) and AMD (MI355x, MI300x) compute, accelerated storage, and optimized RDMA networking. We aim to accelerate deployments by up to 20x and reduce costs by up to 81%. Operational support includes Managed Kubernetes, Slurm, and fault-tolerant Crusoe AutoClusters. We maintain 99.98% uptime and provide ²⁴⁄₇ enterprise-grade support.

We design, build, and operate modular, scalable AI data center infrastructure. These facilities are powered by clean energy sources, including wind, solar, hydropower, geothermal, natural gas, and carbon capture. We also developed Crusoe Spark, modular AI data centers powered by second-life EV battery systems. We previously used flare gas for bitcoin mining but have since divested to focus solely on AI infrastructure. Fortune 500 companies use our AI-optimized cloud for their demanding applications.
