Key Responsibilities

·       Manage general accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end closing.

·       Oversee accounts payable : invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and timely payments.

·       Oversee accounts receivable : collection monitoring and reconciliations.

·       Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory filings).

·       Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures in line with company and French GAAP requirements.

·       Prepare and analyze financial statements and support statutory audits.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

·        Minimum of 5 years of experience in R2R, with at least 2 years in a global or multi-regional role

·        Strong knowledge of accounting and finance

·        Proficiency in using various software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

·        Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with global stakeholders

·        Fluency in English and French

·        Ability to work independently

·        Must be residing in Poland
