Cytora

We founded Cytora in 2014 to build a risk digitization platform for commercial insurance. We help brokers, insurers, and reinsurers use machine learning and AI to automate their workflows.

Our platform allows clients to underwrite more accurately, reduce costs, and improve service. It processes various intake types like client submissions, quotes, policies, invoices, new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and claims, including facultative and treaty submissions.

Our platform focuses on commercial underwriting and supports clients in digitizing risk intake, defining their risk views, and streamlining decision flows. We have 51-200 employees and work with partners such as Chubb, Beazley, Markel, Ecclesiastical, and Moody’s Analytics.

Our mission is to help the commercial insurance industry become digital-first, allowing premium growth without a corresponding increase in expenses.
