Founded in 2013, we build software. Our Agentic Decisioning Platform processes unstructured data to give real-time, actionable insights, mostly for the insurance sector. It helps improve risk assessment, claims evaluation, and policy management.

Our platform uses specialized agents to turn complex submissions and claims into insights ready for decisions. Solutions include Underwriting Triage, which automates submitting, enriching, checking for completeness, scoring appetite, and recommending next steps; Claims FNOL (First Notice of Loss), which streamlines intake, data enrichment, and smart routing for faster, more accurate processing; and Policy Servicing, which automates policy changes, renewals, and customer communications using smart document processing and workflow automation.

We built the platform to process documents like Statements of Value (SOVs), loss runs, Market Reform Contracts (MRCs), and emails. It can be deployed across more than 120 product lines and 900 document types.

Our history includes a co-founder publishing a Generative AI paper on DC-GANs in 2015. We were first to market with GPT-based Custom Model capability in 2017 and launched The Unstructured Data Platform v1 in 2018.

By 2022, we processed over 10 billion intake transactions and launched our Intelligent Intake Solution. In 2023, we partnered with Microsoft for GPT-powered solutions for insurance carriers. In 2024, we launched our Underwriting Triage solution, and by 2025, we supported over $50 billion in Gross Written Premium (GWP).

Our mission is to turn unstructured content into confident decisions, automating complex, high-value workflows. We aim to solve the challenge of making faster, better decisions when crucial data is in documents, emails, and attachments, not structured systems. We empower business and technical teams to automate decisions from unstructured content—like underwriting submissions, claims packets, and financial forms—by combining AI with auditability and ease of use.
