Founded in 2019, we provide cloud-based e-commerce solutions to over 17,000 hotels in more than 150 countries. We are a SaaS company operating in the hospitality industry and a subsidiary of Accor. Our integrated suite of solutions covers all stages of hotel distribution, including a Central Reservation System (CRS), Guest Management, Data Intelligence, a Connectivity Hub, Digital Media services, and Website Creation. Our products include a Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and specialized services for hotel website creation and digital marketing like Metasearch advertising. Over 20,000 users use our Channel Manager. Our Booking Engine helps hotels increase direct bookings and manage their online distribution with an easy-to-use experience. Our web designers build conversion-optimized websites specifically for hotels. For digital marketing, we connect hotel website rates to major Metasearch platforms. We invest over 27.5 million Euros annually in research and development. Our clients include Accor, AppartCity, Paris Inn Group, Centara Hotels and Resorts, and Raffles Hotels & Resorts.

We design our tools to be powerful, easy to use, and intuitive, helping hoteliers facing labor shortages by reducing learning curves. Our platform is open, allowing seamless connection with other solutions in the hotel value chain. Our Central Reservation System (CRS) is guest-centric, keeping a single guest profile at the heart of a hotel’s technology. Our support team operates in more than 22 countries, speaks 20 languages, and is available at least five days a week for 10 hours a day. Our support staff, called “Hotel Angels,” are seasoned hospitality professionals trained to understand urgent hotel business inquiries. We also provide dedicated Account Managers. They are experts in our solutions and act as business partners to clients, offering industry best practices, performance analysis, and personalized advice.
