Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with customers via chat, e-mail, and social media
Provide clear, friendly, and efficient solutions to user issues
Share insights and suggestions to improve internal support processes
Are fluent in Hungarian (C2) and have good English skills (B2)
Enjoy helping others and handle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude
Are comfortable with computer tools (e.g. MS Office, web-based platforms)
Can explain technical topics in a clear and simple way
Bring experience in customer support (preferred, but not essential)
Have completed secondary education with a diploma
