About the role

An exciting opportunity has opened up in our Credit Union Support Team within the Private Clients Operations department. The successful candidate will gain experience in all aspects of custody, settlements, investments and client servicing for Davy’s Credit Union business. In the role, the successful candidate will:

  • Co-ordination of the daily investment process between Credit Unions, Investment Managers and deposit taking institutions.
  • Settlement of all trade instructions for cash deposits, bonds, structured products.
  • Processing corporate actions and dividends across client accounts.
  • Responsible for running pre trade checks.
  • Assisting in the monthly client valuation reporting process.
  • Pricing and reconciliation of client assets.
  • Provision of operational support to Investment Managers.
  • Deal directly with Credit Unions on operational and accounting queries.
  • Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role.
  • Support the CU sales team with client administration and record keeping
  • Assist with KYC & AML reviews
  • Complete client communications for CU support manager and CU sales team as requested.
  • Responsible for running pre trade checks.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures associated with the role are up-to-date.

About you

We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:

  • 1 years relevant work experience at Administrator level.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Highly numerate and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to personal development.
  • Proven team player with a flexible attitude towards work.
  • Willingness to take initiative and participate in projects
