Synergi, part of DC Thomson media company, are currently recruiting for an experienced Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join our growing team in Gateshead.

ROLE PURPOSE
The Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant will take a consultative approach to implement and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 products and services to our customers. This will span presales support, requirements gathering and documentation through to design, delivery and support.
Core Dynamics offerings within Synergi include Dynamics 365 applications such as Sales, Marketing, Service and Field Service plus the PowerPlatform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers (internal and external) in a professional manner
- Understanding typical business processes and provide advice and consultancy for clients when required
- Architect and develop / configure effective solutions for our clients and seek agreement
- Building and testing developed / configured solutions both internally and with customers
- Training end users and consider their needs in a kind and supporting manner
- Supporting and delivering migrations from various source systems whilst overcoming the challenges this presents
- Supporting customers post go live in a professional manner
- Supporting the sales engine with opportunity spotting and support activities as directed
- Ensuring deliverables are clearly defined and delivered within time and budget (subject to change control)
- Adhering to the Synergi project management methodology and effectively manage your time
- Contributing 1 day per week to 3rd line Service Desk Support
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Power Platforms such as Power BI, Power Automate and Power Pages
- 3rd line Service Desk support
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with technical and non technical clients
Experience:
- Demonstrable experience as a MS Dynamics 365 Consultant
- Demonstrable experience implementing and providing scoping, design, documentation and training to clients autonomous
- Sales, Customer Service and Field Service and optional Marketing/Journeys experience.
Qualifications
- Be able to show clear evidence of continual learning in your career to date
- Any industry recognised accreditations beneficial e.g. - Microsoft MCP
