The Project Management Office (PMO) ensures that all business‑sponsored programmes and projects are planned, managed, and governed with consistency, discipline, and a strong focus on high‑quality delivery and client experience.

We are seeking an experienced PMO to support and track key initiatives across the full project lifecycle within the Report Hub business. This role requires an experienced professional with the right balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational capability, and the flexibility and energy needed to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative product development environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for independently managing projects for the life-cycle from initiation through closing to meet the project’s objectives and stakeholders’ expectations

  • Support the Business and Portfolio Manager by providing PMO services across the Report Hub business

  • Work closely with stakeholders to plan and develop roadmap, scope, deliverables, work plan and timing for assigned projects

  • Proactively manage the risk, issue and change resolution process, and work with other leaders to take corrective action as needed; identify the ‘path to green’

  • Define the project governance structure; establish processes and procedures for maintaining proactive project management oversight and decision-making support throughout the entire project life cycle

  • Ensure organization is operationally ready prior to implementation

  • Capture stakeholder needs and expectations, gaining and maintaining stakeholder support, and mitigating opposition

  • Adhere to project management methodologies, standards and tools across the Report Hub business

  • Produce and maintain project reports for stakeholders, to provide transparency and to facilitate decision-making

  • Lead project team meetings ensuring that project obstacles, issues and risks are surfaced, documented and addressed

  • Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Experience Required:

  • Proven PMO background

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or related certification preferred

  • Strong IT Project Management experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
