The Campus Recruitment Manager will be the face of Dialectica across Greek universities, responsible for developing and executing a holistic, high-impact campus strategy, including the design and implementation of the entire internship program. This role requires an entrepreneurial, results-driven individual who can build lasting relationships and convert top academic talent into future Dialecticans, aligning with the firm’s core values and accelerated career growth model.

Responsibilities:

Team leadership & management

  • Team building: Build, mentor and manage a high-performing team of Campus Recruiters/Specialists who will execute the day-to-day campus strategy.
  • Strategy deployment: Set annual and quarter-based recruitment goals, allocate resources and delegate responsibilities to the Campus Recruitment team.

Internship program strategy & ownership

  • Program design: Take full ownership of designing, building and launching the company’s internship and graduate program strategy for key departments in Greece (e.g. Client Service).
  • Pipeline management: Utilize university relationships and campus activities to build a targeted pipeline for the internship and graduate program, while ensuring a strong conversion rate of successful interns into full-time employees.
  • Stakeholder alignment: Collaborate with unit leaders and hiring managers to ensure the internship program meets genuine business needs and provides a world-class experience for participants.

University relationship management

  • Establish and nurture key partnerships: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with Career Offices, Faculty (especially in Business, Economics, STE, and Social Sciences) and key student organizations across target universities in Athens, Thessaloniki and other major Greek cities.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all campus-related inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation between the company and the academic community.

Employer branding & events

  • Strategic event planning: Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of on-campus and virtual recruitment events, focusing heavily on driving awareness for the company and the available opportunities.
  • Brand promotion: Drive initiatives to promote Dialectica’s employer brand, communicating our unique culture, core values and exceptional career opportunities to attract high-caliber candidates.

Talent sourcing & engagement

  • Candidate sourcing & engagement: Actively source, screen, and engage with potential candidates from campus channels, ensuring a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Candidate experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all campus candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer.

Data & strategy

  • Data analysis & reporting: Set up, track, and analyze campus recruitment and internship program metrics (e.g., conversion rates, intern feedback) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Experience: 5+ years’ experience in an in-house Campus/University Recruiting or Talent Acquisition role, ideally within a high-growth professional services or B2B firm

  • Domain expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of the Greek university landscape, campus hiring trends and event execution (experience with international universities is a plus)

  • Tools: Proficiency in relevant platforms and tools and ability to work within budget.

  • Soft skills: Resilient, resourceful, and creative expert with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
