About the role

As an Investigations Group Intern, you will be at the heart of Dialectica’s commitment to quality. This role is designed for someone who enjoys “connecting the dots” and understands that the best business decisions are built on a foundation of trust. Your primary focus will be the systematic vetting and verification of industry experts, ensuring that every professional interaction on our platform meets our high standards for safety and ethics.

Your daily workflow involves managing high-volume data processing and verification where your focus on the “small things” makes a big difference. You’ll find success by mastering repetitive tasks with speed and consistency, using an inquisitive eye to spot subtle patterns. Moreover, your active participation in the dissemination and implementation of new strategies underscores your pivotal role in continuously enhancing our approach to client care. Additionally, in your role you’ll handle communication and relations with our commercial department to make sure that all legal and compliance requirements are fulfilled in every step. This internship offers an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in these core functions, contributing to your professional growth and development in the business realm.

Requirements

  • 4th year undergraduate in any field or recent graduates
  • You naturally notice the small things and enjoy making connections between different pieces of information.
  • You are comfortable and effective when managing repetitive, high-volume tasks, maintaining both speed and accuracy.
  • You possess a strong sense of accountability and prioritize accuracy and confidentiality in all your professional interactions.
  • A growth mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for learning and development
  • Proficient English level is a must and knowledge on business vocabulary.
  • Strong ability to achieve quotas, meet specific targets, and deliver projects within set timelines.
  • Participation in extracurricular activities is a plus
