Diligent Technologies became an IBM company in April 2008. We originally focused on disk-based data protection for large enterprises. Today, we provide AI-powered governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) software. Our platform helps boards and leaders understand risk, improve governance, and manage compliance and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) responsibilities. It includes modules for governance, compliance, risk, and audit, which centralize board materials, simplify decision-making, and offer a single view of risk.

We serve over 25,000 customers, 1 million users, and 700,000 board members and leaders in more than 130 countries. Our offerings include board management software (Boards, BoardEffect, BoardDocs, Community, iCompass), as well as solutions like Entities, Diligent One Platform, Third-Party Manager (3PM), Risk Intelligence Data (RID), Policy Manager, Vault, RSAM, Manzama, and ESG.
