Job Description
What’s the opportunity?
As our Network Tokenization Manager, you will bridge strategy and execution to scale our enablement plan, ensure network tokenization performance consistently outperforms standard payment authorization, and deliver results across our markets.
What will I be doing?
Spearhead Strategic Execution: Act as the focal point of accountability for Network Tokens within Operations, driving alignment with the VP of Payins Operations and cross‑functional leads.
Orchestrate the Global Roadmap: Direct the global Network Token footprint and roadmap (markets, processors, brands, flows), ensuring statuses are crystal clear and rollouts are aggressively prioritized.
Drive Enablement & Integration: Lead tech enablement, coordinating seamlessly with Product, Integrations, regional operations, and external partners.
Optimize Performance & Resolve Incidents: incident management and performance tuning for Network Tokens. You will support investigating errors, analyzing NT vs. PAN conversion rates, and engineering routing/enablement strategies.
Champion External Alignment: Engage directly with card schemes and token providers to assess issuer/acquirer readiness, decode technical requirements, and inject these insights into our coverage and prioritization strategy.
Reporting: Architect concise, actionable weekly and monthly reports for senior management. Standardize program documentation (coverage matrices, roadmaps, planning notes) to ensure it remains accurate, streamlined, and highly consumable for all stakeholders.
What skills do I need?
- Experience: 5+ years in payments operations, technical program management or card acquiring, ideally with a multi‑country or global scope.
- Domain Expertise: hands‑on experience with card‑not‑present (CNP) flows (CIT/MIT) and acquirer/gateway integrations.
- Technical Acumen: Knowledge of core Network Tokenization concepts (PAN vs. DPAN, cryptograms, MVV, TID, and the complete token lifecycle) will be appreciated.
- Analytical & Operational Tooling: Analytical skills and comfortable at navigating business intelligence platforms, data visualization dashboards, advanced spreadsheets and agile project management software.
- Stakeholder Management: Great capability to influence, coordinate, and drive results across key internal stakeholders and external partners without requiring direct reporting authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
