What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for a Treasury Manager to join our Treasury team in LATAM, with strong analytical skills and energy. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating the team and daily tasks of LATAM regio
What will I be doing?
- Focus on Treasury Operational Excellence: merchant experience, operational
- risk management, effective controls implementation
- Responsible for the cash management of LATAM countries.
- Design automated cash flows and forecasts, ensuring adequate liquidity for
- operational needs in the different markets.
- Manage and track incoming and outgoing funds, timely identifying collection
- or funding issues with third parties.
- Lead process optimization through innovative mindset and participating in
- automation projects of the company.
- Manage relations with financial partners, look for efficiencies and strengthen
- the presence in the region.
- Generate KPI reporting per country.
- Supervising SOX controls, as required.
- Interact with other teams across the company.
What skills do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar finance fields.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other financial or management certifications.
- 10+ years of experience with treasury management in multinational companies.
- Experience in payments environment is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with treasury management systems and ERPs.
- Well organized, ability to adapt to change quickly and work in a multi-currency environment.
- Independent, enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, and confident.
- Experience working with IA is a strong plus.
