Senior Product Manager - Doctor to Patient flow

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Practice Efficiency team in Berlin.

You will work on Doctolib’s holistic solution to streamline the care journey by collecting and sharing complete, up-to-date, and structured information required for care delivery. It transforms how health professionals prepare for consultations, how administrative staff manage patient workflows, and how patients experience healthcare, replacing fragmented, paper-based processes with a seamless digital experience. You will collaborate with multiple product teams on a critical product area at the intersection of clinical data and user experience, while having measurable impact on both Patient and Healthcare Professional NPS.

What you will do

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for one or several capabilities of our practice efficiency domain
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, clinical experts, and go-to-market stakeholders to build solutions that serve multiple user personas across all Doctolib’s markets
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and drive prioritization grounded in data
  • Ensure regulatory and market-specific compliance while maintaining a scalable, country-agnostic architecture
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the broader product management team, with the potential of leading other product managers

Who you are

Before you read on: if you don’t have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.

You could be our next team mate if you:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management having worked with developers, designers, customers, stakeholders and leadership (Technical Product Management is a plus)
  • Base your strategic product decisions on a strong analytical mindset grounded on data and customer needs - solving complex problems
  • Have developed and launched products in a large scale SaaS or B2B environment, where you needed to change the engine while it ran at full speed
  • Always put the user in the center of your work
  • Are fluent in English (German or French is a plus)

Now it would be fantastic if you:

  • Have experience in the healthcare industry and/or leveraging state of the art technology such as AI
