About the Role

Serve as the on-camera face of doola’s educational content, helping entrepreneurs worldwide navigate the process of starting and managing a U.S. business. This role brings clarity, trust, and approachability to complex topics—amplifying doola’s mission to empower business owners through accessible, engaging, and informative video content.

Responsiblities

  • Achieve Maximum Efficiency and Profitability from Core Paid Channels
  • Scale and optimize Google Ads
  • Scale and optimize Meta Ads
  • Establish High-Volume, Sustainable Lead/Customer Acquisition Funnels
  • Increase lead generation from paid channels
  • Reduce overall paid CAC
  • Validate and Scale New Paid Growth Opportunities
  • Discover new paid channel opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Expert with Google Ads platform
  • Expert with Meta Ads platform
  • Data driven and analytical
  • Experience in a B2B or e-commerce environment relevant to our industry.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio) to provide actionable insights.
  • Fluent or Native English speaker

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience managing ad spend and optimizing campaigns on additional paid channels such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter(X) and/or YouTube.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio) to provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with advanced analytics, including marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and Hyros.
