Our Tenant Placement service handles property listing, photography, rental price optimization, tenant screening, lease preparation, and agent-led tours. Our full-service Property Management plan includes all Tenant Placement features, plus rent collection, security deposit holding, 247 maintenance, move-in/out evaluations, expense and income tracking, lease renewals, and annual 1099s.

We charge a tenant placement fee of 50% of one month’s rent (minimum $1,000) and a monthly management fee of 5%. We list properties on sites like Zillow, Apartments.com, and Trulia for broad exposure. Our tenant screening process uses dual verification software and a fraud detection team, checking background, fraud, credit, ID, income, and employment.

We save owners an average of 48 hours annually by managing 63 tenant interactions, and we achieve a 57% faster leasing and placement time. We manage over 1500 properties and ensure all customer interactions comply with Fair Housing Act guidelines.
