Financial technology solutions that streamline rental operations and offer security deposit alternatives

About Obligo

We are a financial technology company founded in 2017 by brothers Roey and Omri Dor. Our goal is to simplify renting for both renters and landlords, making the process as smooth as hotel check-in and check-out.

We offer a suite of solutions including credit-backed deposit alternatives, automated electronic deposit refunds, and integrations with property management software. Renters can choose options like No Deposit, Reduced Deposit , Deposits-in-Installments, or a Full Deposit. We use open-banking technology and AI to qualify renters for these options. We also promptly send payments to properties for move-out charges and facilitate electronic deposit refunds for renters.

We serve the multifamily and single-family rental markets in real estate, finance, fintech, and proptech. Over 1 million homes use our solutions, and we have secured more than $90 million in funding as of October 2024.
