We were founded in 2001. We help businesses and government agencies digitalize their customer interactions, making them personal, secure, and trackable.

Our Doxee Platform® brings together all customer touchpoints, from first contact to renewal. It offers multichannel communication, customer data management, billing, document production, archiving, and personalized video. The platform also provides print service bureau solutions and digital customer experience tools. We use it to modernize existing communication systems, offer AI-powered omnichannel experiences, electronic invoicing, and trust services, and support scalable outsourcing. It integrates with major enterprise systems like Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, AWS, Google Cloud, and Zuora.

We manage over 9 billion compliant communications each year for more than 200 enterprise and public-sector clients. We process over 20% of all Italian e-invoices. We put about 20% of our revenue back into R&D. We went public on Euronext Growth Milan in 2019 and bought Infinica GmbH, which brought low-code design tools and open standards to our offerings.
