We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join us on a contract basis for an initial engagement of 3 to 6 months, with the opportunity to start immediately. In this role, you’ll take ownership of design projects that bring our brand to life — crafting compelling visual materials that communicate our message with clarity, strengthen our identity, and genuinely connect with our target audiences.
If you join our team, you will:
- Design visuals for various company needs: presentations, social media, case studies, articles, newsletters, quarterly reports, and infographics
- Create engaging video content for Social Media and our website
- Ensure designs are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with different departments to design print materials (Talents and Culture, Business Development, Partnership Management, etc.)
- Design new landing pages to enhance user experience
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
What qualifications you should have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools are essential
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in design work
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro would be an advantage
- Expertise in Ul / UX / Web design would be an advantage
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- A focus on achieving tangible outcomes and delivering designs that meet project objectives and contribute to overall business goals
