Now, we’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent - Fluent French Speaker to join our team. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our European clients while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries about our products and services via email and phone.
  • Stay cool under pressure and de-escalate challenging situations with professionalism and care.
  • Document interactions and follow-ups to keep things seamless and stress-free for customers.
  • Help customers get the most out of our solutions by providing training and guidance.
  • Work with customers to identify the products and services that fit their needs.
  • Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and collaborating with other teams to improve their experience.
  • Keep up with industry trends and company updates to provide the best possible advice.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience, with a knack for building trust and understanding customer needs would be a plus but its not a must.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and French language – a must-have for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills – you can tailor your style to any audience.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to tackle diverse challenges effectively.
  • A positive, patient, and resilient attitude – you take tough situations in stride.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to help customers navigate and maximize tech tools.
