About This Job
We are seeking a tech-forward Payments Compliance Analyst to execute and optimize our compliance operations. This role handles core merchant underwriting, annual reviews, administrative modifications, and BSA/AML alert investigations with a focus on speed, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do…
- Merchant Underwriting: Conduct due diligence. Identify ways to automate and accelerate the onboarding flow.
- Annual Merchant Reviews: Perform annual compliance reviews and handle merchant outreach. Iterate on tracking and communication methods to reduce manual effort.
- Administrative Modifications: Process bank account changes
- BSA/AML Case Disposition: Analyze BSA/AML alerts with an investigative mindset
- Customer Outreach: Maintain professional communications with Customers to resolve compliance issues
- Process Automation & Optimization: Audit daily routines to identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks. Leverage AI tools to help scale team operations.

You’ll Get…
We are targeting a starting salary of $64,000 - $86,000 based on the intended level for this role.
