About Eataly
We founded Eataly in Turin in 2007 as a global marketplace for artisanal Italian food and beverages. Our goal is to share “made in Italy” products internationally, with a focus on high-quality, authentic items from local producers. Our physical locations combine retail supermarkets with restaurants and food counters, offering a range of Italian cuisine, pastry, and artisanal bread.
We also offer cooking classes, tastings, and opportunities to interact with producers. In addition to physical stores across 16 Italian cities and countries including Japan, the United States, Brazil, Germany, and Turkey, we provide online shopping with product delivery. You can also use the Eataly Caffè App for order-ahead services in the New York Area or Instacart for store-to-door delivery in eligible locations. We offer hospitality, food and beverage retail, and food education.
Mission & Values
Our goal is to educate our guests, helping them make informed decisions when selecting high-quality and healthy foods. We believe quality should be accessible to everyone, so we offer high-quality products at sustainable prices for both consumers and producers. Our values are sustainability, sharing, and responsibility.
We developed the concept in 2002 to bring high-quality food options together at reasonable prices, showcase Italian biodiversity, and create an inviting space for dining, shopping, and learning. Our operations and daily practices are guided by our “Manifesto” of 10 principles.
